With over 20 years of hands-on construction experience, Mick brings practical expertise, leadership, and a clear vision to Complete Shed Developments. As Founder and Managing Director, he combines deep industry knowledge with a drive for both personal and professional growth.
Mick’s approach is rooted in hard work, integrity, and a commitment to delivering quality in every project. His experience on the tools means he understands every stage of the building process, and his leadership ensures the team works with the same dedication and attention to detail he’s built his career on.
When Mick isn’t working on his business – he can be found spending quality time with his boys performing in activities such as riding motorbikes, playing soccer and keeping active.

Nikki
With more than 20 years of experience in administration, project management, and operations, Nikki brings a wealth of knowledge and a steady hand to every aspect of the business. She thrives in fast-paced, busy environments, where her organisational skills and ability to keep multiple projects on track truly shine.
Nikki’s focus is on creating structure, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Her approachable style and eye for detail make her a trusted point of contact for both the team and clients alike.
When Nikki isn’t in the office – she is likely with her family or at the softball diamonds. A passion she has dived right into with all aspects of the game.

Sarah
Sarah brings years of valuable experience in administration, providing essential support to keep our operations running smoothly. In her role managing accounts and admin, she ensures accuracy, organisation, and efficiency in the day-to-day running of the business.
Her attention to detail and reliable approach make her an integral part of the team, keeping everything in order behind the scenes so projects can move forward without a hitch.
When Sarah isn’t reconciling – she is spending time with her children and husband. Making sure that she has plenty of time for her friends – a real social butterfly.
Build Team
Our build team brings years of combined experience in roofing, carpentry, and construction. Their practical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality are at the heart of every project we deliver.
From laying strong foundations to adding the final finishing touches, the team works with precision and pride, ensuring every structure is built to last. Their diverse expertise means they can tackle each stage of the build with confidence, skill, and a focus on getting it right the first time.
